Whole Person Coaching and Therapy
Finding wellness and fulfilment from the inside out

A somatic approach to coaching
Somatics is a Greek word that means 'the whole person'. The coaching and therapy helps clients find transformation and growth, working through the whole 'body'.

The coaching is based on a powerful somatic model for why we behave the way we do, how we perceive, learn, relate act and think - and importantly, how we can change, using tools and physical exercises that you can use to work on yourself outside of the sessions

What do we do in sessions?

1
Understanding the present
We look at why clients behave the way they do, and what needs to happen to change
2
Getting clear on the future
Clients tools that combine talking, movement and physical exercises to get clear on what they want, and to identify barriers to change
3
Making change possible
We jointly create practices to allow change to happen in an embodied way in between sessions
